Weekend in the Peak District Routes

.

We only post GREAT routes that we have ridden.

.

If you choose to use any of these routes you do so entirely at your own risk. Break the law, get lost, fall off etc is your responsibility/fault, not ours, so don't come crying, litigiously or otherwise, to us.

.

We've tried various ways to share the SatNav files of our routes but the easiest and most effective is to just drop us a line via our contact page and we'll email them to you. Just let us know what format you need (GPS eXchange format .gpx, Garmin GPS database files .gdb or text directions).

Day 1 - 118 miles (the magenta one)

.

.

This route does contain some rough going, couple of mile trails. It was bone dry when we went, which made them much easier. I would attempt them with caution if you're not experienced or on a very road biased bike/road biased tyres. No accidents bar Dr Tigger toppling over at standstill checking that everyone else was ok on a knarly hill.

The rest (i.e. the vast majority) were good roads with good tarmac and only moderate amounts of gravel. Snake Pass rules! We rode it three times.

Day 2 - 90 miles (the dark green one)

.

.

After the adventurous roads of the first day, we programmed some beautiful vistas and easy riding for the second before returning to the beautiful Market Place of Ashbourne for nosh and bike watching.
